<p>If something you ordered from Dezah isn't working out for you, here's how returns and refunds work.</p>

<h3>30 days, even if you've used it</h3>
<p>You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. It doesn't need to be unused. If you've tried it and it isn't right for you, you can still send it back.</p>

<h3>How to start a return</h3>
<p><a href="https://dezah.co/pages/contact">Contact us</a> with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and what to include. Returns sent without contacting us first can't always be matched to an order.</p>

<h3>Return postage</h3>
<p>Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, so you can see when your return arrives.</p>

<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once your return arrives, we'll refund you to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Shipping on your original order was free, so nothing is deducted for it.</p>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>Want a different item instead? <a href="https://dezah.co/pages/contact">Contact us</a> and we'll set up an exchange.</p>

<h3>Damaged or wrong items</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.</p>
